Aerial Views of Wildfire Smoke Covering Georgian Bay

Where was the fire!? Not too far away, and there was more than one wildfire in the area. While on a remote island in the middle of Georgian Bay, I woke up early to capture the sunrise. But instead of a clear morning sky I found smoke and haze from nearby wildfires.

The light was incredible, an uneasy orange with the smell of fire in the air. It ended up being a slow, peaceful morning capturing the calm, somewhat haunting, scene in front of me.
